Terms & Conditions

1. Course Access

Each purchase provides access for one individual only. Access is linked to one login and may be monitored by IP address to prevent unauthorized sharing. Logins, passwords, and course materials may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Students enjoy unlimited access to all course videos and materials during their subscription period. Subscriptions may be renewed for an additional month for $100.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, slides, notes, and practice questions, are the intellectual property of Chiro Boards & Beyond. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or uploading course materials outside the platform is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us immediately for support.

4. Tutoring Sessions

Tutoring sessions are billed at the agreed rate and scheduled in 2-hour increments. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Missed sessions without notice will be charged the full rate.

5. Free Retake Access

If you do not pass your boards, you may request an additional 30 days of free course access when you are ready to retake. Proof of exam results may be requested before additional access is granted.

6. Academic Integrity

Course materials and tutoring are provided to help you succeed. Sharing test answers or reproducing materials outside of sessions is prohibited and undermines the integrity of the program.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chiro Boards & Beyond provides education, resources, and strategies but cannot guarantee specific exam outcomes. Students are responsible for their own study habits, preparation, and exam performance.

8. Agreement

By purchasing or enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
